Sat-Sun: 8am-3pm
Yoga Studio:
Mon-Fri: 6am to 30 minutes after last class.
Sat-Sun: 7am to 3pm
Parking
Downtown Rockland has several free 2-hour parking lots, including one directly outside the studio’s entrance. Two-hour on-the-street parking is also available, but may be hard to find, especially during the summer season.
